Obama has not committed any crimes that would call for impeachment. However, Bush started 2 illegal wars and killed millions of people plus countless other things that he should have been impeached for.

You can’t make up laws because you don’t like him and so none of the slop you printed up is a grounds for impeachment.
There is not one single charge that the President has been found guilty of, or could be found guilty of and worse, you’d have to bring all our former presidents up on charges first because Obama has done nothing new, and in most cases much less than other done even using your less-than-legal standards.
Lets take Requiring involuntary servitude? Where? Whose been enslaved? If you mean mandatory insurance, a stretch, then go and sue all the states where auto insurance is mandatory, its the same principle, that you need to have financial responsibility in case of accidents, or illness. Nothing impeachable about it.
He hasn’t, nor has congress had any preferential treatment of any religion. no ones limited political speech, and no limits on freedom of the press, he even gave Fox a seat in the White House press room. And their bias is well known.

I’m going to end this with one final point, Obama does not pass legislation. Congress does, you can’t sue him for the actions of Congress, the problem with all your points is simply that they are dopey.
Actually, there are none of these that can be laid at the feet of Obama. He partitioned Congress to pass much of this legislation but only signed into law what was passed by them. He will now use those laws to further subvert the Constitution without breaking any laws. Many have underestimated him, thinking that he is just inept, but look at what he has accomplished using our representation to fulfill his agenda. He is intelligent, arrogant and tyrannical to any who oppose his direction, using our own laws against us. Do not underestimate this man, he will fulfill his agenda at any cost using our own system to do so. If he succeeds in getting his full agenda, he will be able to legally turn us into a Marxist state without ever having broken a single law. He with the aid of the Democrat progressives in Congress is the most dangerous threat to our freedoms that we as a nation have ever encountered. No standing army is more dangerous because he has divided us, one against the other. A standing army will unite us because we would see it as a common threat whereas nearly half of us see no threat in this man and his agenda. United we stand, divided we fall. He has divided us very effectively.
Obama should be impeached for knowingly violating U.S. and international laws and treaties by not charging GW bush and Dick Cheney with war crimes for ordering torture.
