I deleted everything on my hard drive by mistake. I have the Windows XP disk, but everytime I turn on my computer it says “operating system not found”. I tried putting the disk in but nothing changes. I restarted the computer with the disk in and nothing happens. I have a Toshiba Satellite laptop if that is necessary information. Help!!

I have the Microsoft My Phone app fir my Windows Mobile phone. One of the features of this app is that if you lose your phone you can go on to any Internet browser and send a signal to the lost phone that rings it loudly for 60 seconds even if the phone is on silent or vibrate.
