Purchased a patio home from a bank *General Warranty deed with vendors lien.

Bank loaned money to builder to build houses. Builder built houses and then ran out of money to complete the remaining 29 houses in subdivision.

Bank provided me with a survey showing that I own no property on the right side of my house and All of the property on the left side of my house. (zero lot line) therefore I purchased house with the understanding that I have a 10 foot side yard.

Put in a sprinkler system, neighbor came over and asked why we were putting it in his yard also. I looked at his survey which showed he owns 3′ feet of the property. I showed him my survey showing I own that 3 feet. I have a fence that touches his house and my gate is there as well. the AC unit and slab take up about 5 feet immediately behind the fence. not to mention his 3′ of land is in my backyard.

I contacted a new surveyor and was informed that he has that 3′ of land but I have 3′ feet of land on the other side of my house *which is in my neighbors backyard as well.

If my neighbor moved his fence over 3 feet I will have a total of 7′ on the side of my property and the AC unit would block access to the back yard. Also, it would damage our resale on the house.

the bank had prior knowledge this isn’t a zero lot line subdivsion and the original surveyor surveyed my property wrong.

what are my legal rights?
my primary concerns are when we go to resale the property, i believe this will cause diminished values. the 3 feet of land on the other side of the property is useless to us. we can’t even access most of it because it is in the neighbors backyard. Also, if the neighbor decides to move his fence, I can’t prevent it reducing the already small yard.

A couple months ago my wife and I were having a major struggle with our 7 year old son; he has been out of control and will turn into the Hulk if he doesn’t get his way. In one of these rages my wife grabbed his arm and lightly scratched him with her finger nails (there was no intent on hurting him, her nails were just long that day). The next day at school he was sent to the principle’s office for behavioral issues (this was almost a daily thing for about 2 weeks) and the principle saw the scratches and notified CPS. CPS came and did their thing by interviewing my son within 72 hours of the reported incident. A week later the case worker notified my wife and I about what happened and wanted to speak with us. We obliged and were very cordial when we met with her. This case worker recommended that we utilize a family program offered by the state for free through a private agency where they come into our home 2 times per week for 4 months in helping us build a stronger family. We have 4 children, all boys, and we’ve never intentionally hurt them…they are our life. In fact, CPS interviewed our 10 year old, and without us coaxing him, he said he felt safe around us and when he feels he’s in danger he comes to us. So that has to say something about us as parents, right? Our other boys are 1 and 3 so they really couldn’t be interviewed. So I have two questions:

1. Are we under any obligation to utilize this program from the private agency? My wife feels terrible about the incident and is really ashamed. She doesn’t want to be labeled as an abusive parent and then have these people come into our home that often that we don’t even know over a scratch. We have started having our son see a therapist where the family will be invited to attend every so often to help him control his emotions. We also are going to meet regularly with our religious leader who we feel much more comfortable with in helping us be better as parents as our religious views will often coincide with our parenting.

2. How do we have the case get closed so we are no longer harassed by CPS and the private agency that wants to come into our home? I understand that without these incidents they wouldn’t have a job, and I know they’re just doing their job, but we do feel like we have been harassed.

Any information or advice would be very appreciated.

i sold him a copy of the site without resell rights for $300 and now he’s reselling my work for $1,500/piece. is there anything i can realistically do considering i’m in UK

I have been seeing a lot of tweets on Twitter about PLR and using it to make money. Could this be some kind of a scam? It’s my understanding that sometimes books will lose their copyright after so many years and they become PLR. Just curios!

Does anybody know anything about resale rights?
I dont understand something, when I purchase a product of a resale right, how do you keeo selling the product over over again to receive profit. Do you get only one copy of what you but or they give you many copies that you can sell for profit?
