So yesterday we went and looked at a car lot and found a vehicle we really like. We test drove it and everything and it ran fine and all the electrical worked. The car is a 2001 Cadillac Deville. It seems the vehicle has been there a while because the sign on it said 62000 miles, but when we test drove it the vehicle had nearly 64,000 miles. Kelly Blue Book says the vehicle is worth $7000 in excellent condiontion. So how much lower should we offer?
