@CookinBasic1 the quality was from great – poor. but the animation was a punch in the face! GL was the WORST cgi movie for such a “big” movie.
my hope is that the green lantern does not win best visual effects because everything in and about that movie was THE WORST i had ever seen in any movie

It’s funny how the special effects is so expensive and complicated in the Green Lantern, yet it still looks like unsinspired garbage.
Dark of the Moon is definitely the best visual effect film of 2011… too bad it has a sucky plot that kinda ruins it for me…
