I just put up a metal garage to your specifications with a total square footage of almost 820 square feet. The cost excluding foundation work was $36,000. I was told that a similar wood sided or composite sided garage would be closer to $70,000. Materials on my garage were $23,000. Permits wer $880. Labor including electrical was $12,000.
I live in California and things are more expensive here. The metal garage kit includes a 16 foot ceiling in the center bay which added $4,000 to the price. Metal Barn Kit included 3 Man doors, 5 windows, 1 12 foot insulated rolling door and 2 10 foot insulated rolling doors. Kit price was based from Pennsylvania company. Materials manufactured in Nevada.

I just finished a quote for a 3 car garage, $37,000. Depends on what you call 3 car. My idea of a 3 car garage that you can easily get out of any car in the garage is 24′x38′. That is 912
sq. feet. That included electrical (4) 110 volt circuits (3) for electric door operators. Vinyl Siding,shingled 5/12 roof, 2 single entry doors, 4 sliding vinyl windows. insulated walls,ceilings
Roof angle you want will raise price some.
I suggest using 9′ pre-cut studs especially if your overhead door openings are on the eave side and not the gable ends.
Our slabs are all usually 5″ thick, Basic no thrills garage should be around $22-24 per sq. foot. $8-10 of that is labor.
5 year el-cheap garages you can get for $12-$15 per sq foot materials and labor. Usually no reinforced slab perimeter, and definetly no footings/foundations. 1/2 roof decking some as cheap as 3/8″ roof decking. Basically a cheap garage.
