I am looking to start up a payroll outsourcing company (a provider of payroll services to other businesses), and want to know what software to use.

It would need to be a robust system designed for accounts or payroll service providers.

I work in an California CPA firm. We want to get a new payroll software. We are using AME now. It’s alright. We want a better one to compete with other larger payroll companies. We deal with about 30 payroll clients and are expanding.

I need a program that mangers can compleat for each employee to send to the Payroll dept. That keeps a on going balance of days off and vacation days for the year. But they can also enter the hours worked and commsions for that payroll. It would be a sheet that is used to key in the actual payroll for the employee each pay period. This would used only for geting the info prpred not the actual program that write the checks. Thanks

I need a good payroll software for a small business- up to maybe 6 employees. We are expanding and never had to do payroll before so Ill need something that is easy to learn from as far as tax info and stuff like that. If it matters its for a medical office.

This is for my own personal use and has nothing to do with the co. that I work for, therefore I do not need it bad enough to pay for one.

I’m starting a small business with one employee, at some point I would like to invest in some software but I want one with payroll. Some of the software I’ve seen will do it for an added fee. Isn’t there some software i can use that I could load up the payroll tables or add the equation myself?

I am a NY cpa witha small pratice, we have been using accountants world software called accoutants relif and are 85% satisfied, we also used their After the fact paroll andwere 75% satisfied last year, but this quarter it has been a nightmare. I would like to know what other accounting and integrated after the fact payroll software maybe avaible ?
