Okay, i have a 1997 Toyota 4runner and 1999 Honda Accord. I pay $120 a month in auto insurance with full coverage. The toyota is worth $2725-3000 private party. The Honda is worth $2500 private party resale according to kelly blue book. I am thinking about dropping them down to liablilty here in southern california. Both vehicles are owned by me. I received a 1099 from my network marketing company for commissions and overrides. I also received a statement from them called Taxable Income REcap that shows how much I spent on Purchasing Products. You buy products at wholesale and sell them at retail. The difference is your income or “right now” money. This money is not easily tracked because they can’t tell how much you sold at full cost, how much you sold at discounts and how much you kept for personal use or as gifts to further your business. Do I need to somehow claim this on my taxes as income or should I just claim what was noted on my 1099? There is also a box on my 1099-MISC form that is checked that says “Payer made direct sales of $5000 or more of consumer products to a buyer (recipient) for resale.” Does this relate to me or is this the company just saying that I bought more than $5000 worth of stuff to sell as I see fit? Anyone have any experience with this on their federal taxes?

Got in accident. Someone hit two side doors of mine and a fender and then ran. The police was able to track the person down and now I got their insurance. Their insurance company has agreed to pay for the damages and it came down to about $2100. I was curious if there is a way to have insurance company pay for the loss of car value? They agreed to pay only for the repairs saying that the car does not loose its value if it is repaired properly. I mean if I try to sell this car right now (it is a 2004 Chrysler Sebring), I would not get a full resale price because the car was in the accident. I know private buyers would care about this kind of thing for sure. How about dealers? Do they ask if the car was in an accident and how to make insurance company to pay for this kind of thing?

i sold a template in a forum, and i had stated that the buyer will get Full Rights after the purchase, so now a buyer bought the template and he sent the payment, and he has message me: -
Payment has been sent.
After the Template files have been received by myself
Once confirmed than you are requested to immediately remove/destroy any and all Template related originals within your possession and/or currently displayed on any Web site or Web page.
So is the Full Rights given to the buyer mean i can not sell this template again, because i am the owner of the template and i have not given reseller rights to him, full rights mean by me, you can edit the way he wanted, and full rights to use the images, fonts, and the other files.
But he claims i can not resale this template. if full rights means this than i will cancel the transaction and will refund his money.
because i don’t want to destroy my hard work and i want to sell my templates to many buyers
