Hello, I want to start doing hair and makeup tutorials on youtube. However, I don’t know how to make and edit a video. what kind of camera/camcorder do i need and also any kind of video editing software for my computer? thank you very much.

I have a single camera monitoring my driveway. It is hard-wired to a Wisecomm USB-connected DVR which is connected to a stand-alone computer with 1TB external drive. Everything work fine, EXCEPT the Wisecomm software either records nothing or everything. The motion detect feature stinks.
