Wουld thе boxed version hаνе іtѕ οwn license οr product key οr wουld іt bе аn identical copy οf thе one I gοt whеn I downloaded іt? Nο info іѕ found οn thе package аnd I don’t want tο tear іt open іf іt hаѕ ѕοmе resale value.

As long as the boxed version hasn’t been opened it’s ok to sell as new. It has it’s own unique product key.
the license is for one copy on one computer only. they buyer would have to pay for his own license. your boxed CD version is thus worth about 2 pounds or 5 dollars maximum.
