You need to be clear on whether you are selling the domain (URL) the website (HTML/coded files) and/or the hosting…
If you are merely selling domains, then you don’t need to go to the bother of building a website. If you are selling a package, then you need to be able to configure the hosting so your customers can access it to make changes.
If you plan to maintaining the sites yourself, I would be looking at getting an unlimited hosting service (I use webhostingpad) – but you should be ready to provide a means for your clients to make changes themselves by setting up separate logon accounts for each client, or use a system like a CMS (wordpress/Joomla) that allows multiple users.
